Preparing for Certification Exams can be difficult. At the same time, it is incredibly important to have Certified Operators within most agencies. We can help you prepare your team to take their exams. Our experienced instructors know what it takes to pass their exams and will show your operators what they need to do to prepare, they will guide them through the essential components of their exams. General Order 2022-0103-DWQ requires sanitary sewer system enrollees to provide training in the:  

• Requirements of the General Order
• Spill Emergency Response Plan procedures & practice drills
• Spill volume estimation for field operators
• CIWQS reporting procedures for staff submitting data

We bring training that meets these requirements to you! This full-day, onsite, interactive, training combines hands-on spill drill training with classroom learning covering spill volume estimation and WDR requirements.
